تَنزِيلَ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٥
˹This is˺ a revelation from the Almighty, Most Merciful
Quran 36:5

Ya Sin
A revelation from the Almighty (Al-'Aziz), whose might cannot be resisted, the Most Merciful (Ar-Rahim), whose mercy overflows to those who accept His guidance.

- Ayah 3إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
You ˹O Prophet˺ are truly one of the messengers
- Ayah 4عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
upon the Straight Path
- Ayah 6لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَٰفِلُونَ
so that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, and so are heedless
- Ayah 7لَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
The decree ˹of torment˺ has already been justified against most of them, for they will never believe
