أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ ١٦
When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised (again)?

- Ayah 14وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ ءَايَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ
And seek to scoff when they behold a portent.
- Ayah 15وَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ
And they say: Lo! this is mere magic;
- Ayah 17أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ
And our forefathers?
- Ayah 18قُلْ نَعَمْ وَأَنتُمْ دَٰخِرُونَ
Say (O Muhammad): Ye, in truth; and ye will be brought low.
